| We have several calls per day that seem to need some sort of assistance from someone else in the parts or R&D department to help answer a question or get the appropriate pricing for a part or so on and customers are asked to hold for a minute or two so we can find the answer. Every time I put someone on hold I get back to them and they are still available even after sometimes a few minutes trying to discuss the options for the question proposed. I have personally never had this issue but am glad to inform you that we are changing the phone system soon in order to bring more calls to a live person sooner than later and hopefully lowering the need for excessive voicemails that we may get this time of year.
